Kotak Mahindra – Overcharging on EMI

i am Firdaus Jamal, i had taken a Loan from Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. Car Finance Delhi agreement no.CF-5611075 in the name of Firdaus Jamal, agreement dated 30.11.2009, of Rs. 2,44,614.00, of tenure 59 months. Its first instrumental starts from 10.12.2009. I was asked to open an account with Kotak Mahindra bank so that the monthly installments can be automatically taken out from the account. I opened the bank account and deposited 11,000 rs in the account which is reflecting in the bank statement. The first installment amounting Rs 5386 was debited from the account on 15th dec 2009, then I got a call from Kotak claiming that the money hasn’t been debited as there was no money in the account and they sent one of their executives on 16th Dec 2009 to my place and took a cheque of Rs 5386.00 for which I got an Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited agency payment receipt. Then again on the 18th of December 2009 Rs 5386 were debited from my account. So in my same month, December 2009, I was charged thrice. In all instead of paying a total of 59 installments I was duped into paying 61 and lately when I visited the Kotak Mahindra A-23 Yojna Vihar branch, from which I got the loan agreement, to inquire about the same I was told that in vague terms by their executive and the manager that it was some settlement amount which stands no meaning. This sort of behavior from a reputed company like Kotak Mahindra was not expected. I request you to look into my complaint with priority and all i want is the two excess EMI’s to be refunded back to me.
