I have purchased samsung mobile phone from shree ostwal telecom on 27th aug,2014. which is causing problem of heating within one day of purchase of my mobile. i have visited shop for my problem. but they don’t have responded me regarding this. than i have visited samsung care they don’t have responded me regarding my problem. they have told me that it’s causing in every mobile phone. but it’s overheating problem. than my speaker of mobile is getting off. i have given my mobile phone to samsung care. but don’t have given me back my phone still 10 to 11 days are left.

i won’t replacement for my mobile phone. otherwise i needed cash back of my mobile phone.
