We have been allotted a house “Duplex Delux, E-4/619, in Mansarover Sector ‘O’ of Kanpur Road Scheme by Lucknow Development Authority under self financing plan on 31-07-2006 wide their registration letter No2801043.I have made full payment of property on 07-09-2007 by taking a loan from Bank.Till date property has neither been handed over nor register has been done in our favour.A number of my visit to to LDA office & numerous letters to Vice Chairman of LDA has gone futile . However it has been revealed by RTI that the land it self is not in possession of LDA but it is a defence land .LDA has sold this property fraudulently to us and many more like us.
