Sir, I have place an order telephonically for design nail studio with free gift of coloressence color mania, shiny fashionable clutch, hair strainer and one ladies big shopping bag by seeing advertisement on TV on channel no 133 of DEN Network on 4th Jan 2014 for rupees only 1500/-. On TV, these product is claiming for amount 8750/- approx. and are branded. However, the www.starcj.com is selling these product with discount and only for 1500/-. Today, about 1600 hrs I got my order and was amazed that The order is having all china product and over the packet it was written that these product is made in India from Thane, Haridwar. I have the image of a product showing made in china hologram over it. Secondly, the product has missing nail polish, big ladies shopping bag and hair straightener (not available). Third, all these product will have price of hardly 350/- only approx. in local market not more than that. Fourth, when I contact the customer care of www.starcj.com about default done by the website. Then, the customer care has denied to take it back and refund my money. The cutomer care has claiming that he has given me the branded product made in India only.
