Matrimonial services online and money making process case of fraud

1) Shaadi.com – registered for a relationship manager paid Rs.17,000 for 6 months.Did not meet a single proposal.Ipaid the membership on around 15-Nov-11, followed up with a number of Relationship Managers who would keep changing and finally Nikhil Moghe (9373599242) was the one who managed to extend my membership but even then till the end i met no single proposal.So basically i paid Shaadi.com for no reason.Refund was not even offered as they really provided me with no service!I should get money back with interest. My id is SH33989196 Reigstered Complaint as below:- “Your Question: 08 Aug-2012 ————————— Hello, I am registered on Shaadi.com and i registered for a paid membership with shaadicentre.com since November 2011.I was handled by Sonal Pathak from the camp centre till i registered myself and she took almost 5 days in reverting to me.After being frustrated with the service, after 3 months i had a lady shweta parbat who was managing my account.Not to forget i paid Rs.17,000 of my hard earned money as Sonal told me the relationship manager will work with me.I have done most of the work but after 2 months of constant asking of why profiles i am shortlisting which are out of india are not being contacted i was told that ISD calls cant be made. to which i said give me email id\’s but no response there.I then had Ashwini Chinchure who sent me the report and Nikhil Moghe got in touch with me.He met me on 20-Apr-12 and i told him this service is bullshit and i want an extension or my money back.He agree to put a lady called Neha bedia to work with me.He also agree to put a Sakal ad on which i am yet to see.then After 23-Jun-12 , i did not hear from Neha so i marked Nikhil on an email to which he said that Neha has a medical condition and hence Snehal Dalvi started working on the profile after 15-Jul-12.I have sent her an excel sheet also shortlisted profiles but i have not seen much action.I keep writing every week.But now i am tired and i wish to have my entire amount back as i have not met a single proposal.If i don\’t get my money back i will go to consumers court India and ensure that people in your firm understand it takes sweat to earn Rs.17,000/-.Today without any information from Nikhil my account is as good as a free account.I feel cheated and i am humiliated.”

2) Bharatmartimony- Paid for 3 months membership from 19 July 2013 and will expire on 17 Oct 2013 for Rs.3840.I have sent out 3 complaints of the below profiles and details but no action seems to happen.my id is R227841 H4621174 – this person called Amol Kakkar apparently born and raised in UK works in Ghana was to come to India and on 26-Aug-13 tells me he was stuck in Ghana Immigration and asked me to transfer US$3500 to an Indian Muslim account no. in Delhi .I have all emails and numbers of this person with me.Now no numbers work.The UK no. also is not found as i have friends in UK.Today this ID shows deleted/hidden. H3944983 – Today this ID shows deleted/hidden.

3) InMatri.com – My father has paid Rs.10,000 on 20-Aug-13 and till today i have not met a single person a typical email from the Customer Service is as under as on 25-Sep-13.Membership is for 6 months. “Dear Member, This with reference to your sent email I would like to inform you that the work for our client Ms. Kavita Tengshe is in process. For your reference I am providing you with the latest calling details from my profile search and I am awaiting for the feedback of the prospects. As soon as i receive confirmed response from the prospects I’ll be forwarding the same to you at my earliest.” I WOULD LIKE TO GET ALL MY MONEY BACK FROM THE 3 PLACES.
