Sir There is no either net or voice call connection at our locality from yesterday night on wards( at Kerala, Thrissur District, Near Palakkal, Kuzhikkattiri Sree Sastha Devi Temple). I already complaint it today morning itself through customer care and they informed me that there is some technical problems in our locality and it will be solved very soon. But till the time the problem is going on. So I humbly request you to solve the problem as quick as possible.

With regards and humble request i want draw your kind attention that i paid an amount of Rs. 509 through net banking in advance on 24 of October 2017 in order to continue my service but jio company halted my service on 27th of October 2017. When i interacted with their employees they told service was halted due to negligence… so it is my request to your good self to look at matter and resume my service… because i met with great loss and compensate me for negligence.
