I have purchased a car insurance from policybazaar with policy no.2214003 1170160 123844 with united India. As there was the issue with incorrect IDV and cubic capacity So as per the company sales person suggestion I have booked a new policy with the policy number : 31030031170100071166 with new india insurance, this also booked by the company. & customer care said that the money will be refunded within 10 to 15 days.But I have been in mail and calls to the company from 1 months with no resolution.
