Paytm Bill Payment Failed – Refund Status

I am rishabh garg registered on your site from this email id. I tried to pay electricity bill for rs 2535 my bank account is debited but transaction got failed and no refund is received yet neither in my bank nor in my wallet.
I want refund of rs 2535 in my bank account.

Please note that I have checked the account again and I have not received any amount in my account, please check the same as after I get my refund in my paytm wallet, I have clicked the button to transfer the amount in my bank account but it didn’t happen! please check your database and follow up the same and please refund the amount in my account else deposit the same in my paytm account, and I have attached the screen shot of the paytm order for the record purpose.

I am also attaching my last 6 months bank account statement for the record. I think if my query is not resolved than i will prefer to complaint to consumer forum for the same although the same mail is been CC to them also so they also know about your services.

I believe my complaint would be resolved or valid reason will be given to me as soon as possible before I take any stringent action against this company.
