Today (10/10/2013) i went for dinner to Pizza Hut in Mysore City (Karnataka, India), the only outlet in Mysore. I found worms (alive) crawling in my ordered Pizza. It was clearly an incident of a hygienic failure at branch and poor quality management practices. This issue needs immediate attention to ensure such negligence would not be repeated.

Vomiting sensation and headache.

I want an action against the brand, so other people would not face similar incidents.
