I have booked the flat on Project launched by this group named New Rajneegandha Greens on 28th of July 2012 and given the initial check on two lacs fifty thousands to him as booking amount also received the confirmation receipt of same. similarly I have given check on different dates and paid around tweleve lacs eighty three thousands rupees . Since I got ths information that the project is in dispute .So I finally cancel the deal and request for refund but the cheque I received from him got bounced due to insufficient amount in his account. Same fraud he did with other people as well.

Because of all these I am mentally disturbed and my entire family is facing lot of issues and not able to sustain the normal life. I already filed the case in CJM court Allahabad but since this Peron have high link with ministers and other high profile people . So no progress can be seen on this case from last two years.
