My internet did not work for the week between May 9th – May 16th. I raised four complaints for the same and finally after a lot of struggle my internet started to work. A lot of effort had to be put in from my side just to get n tough with the authorities to have my issue resolved. Ridiculous behavior. And now the same behavior, my internet is not again working. I don’t know what to do.

Complaint Nos in this regard: 220178191 220246529 220280526 220312166 220627433 220627935 I was not able to work at home because of the same and affected my work. Not to mention the mental struggle.

I want the issue to be resolved. Ensure this does not happen again. Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly. And also waiver on my bill for the period where my internet did not work.
