Hi, I have purchased reconnect mixer on 28/08/2014 in reliance digital store in kukatpally opp to bjp office. In the span of 1 week after purchase it got problem and myself given for service in the same store then it took almost 1 week to get repaired by your team then after few months i.e. on 3/02/2015 it got again problem and myself given in the nearby store in madinaguda for repair on the same day because it’s under warranty. There is no call even after 10 days after also from your service center so I went to the store on14/02/2015 madinaguda about the product one person Mr.Dinesh has given me assurance that it will get repaired by next day i.e.15/02/2015.But I called him thrice to his mobile number i.e 9666661763 but no response from his end.Next on 18/02/2015 I went to madinaguda store again and I got reply that the product can’t be repaired and money can be redeemed by purchasing another product or they will give new product. But till date there is no response from their side and mean time i handed over the remaining mixer attachments in madinaguda store on 23/02/2015. No one has called me till date about the issue and I just fed up with your service because every time I call or visit to your store they were giving answer that it will get solved by one or two days but till time no solution and no answering for my phones. Now I don’t want to keep on roaming around your stores solve the issue with high priority and deliver the product to my address.

I need my money back which i have paid for the purchase but they are saying to take one more product with discounted price which i am not interested.
