I ordered an exclusive lane multiply colored lady lamp from snapdeal on 23rd Sept which was supposed to be delivers by 1st Oct. However i haven’t relieved d parcel but last night i got a mail from snapdeal with the invoice attached that the product has bn delivered on 9th Oct via India post. Today when i inquired with India post i got to know that no item with the mentioned no was shipped and when tracked it came with consignment not found. I hav already paid for the product and now i have no idea whatsoever about my parcel.when contacted with snapdeal they dint give me any positive answer. I dot want the lamp any more however i want d refund along with compensation of 50,000 rupees for the financial loss and emotional and physical stress snapdeal has cost. If not compensated i will further take this matter to court and seek legal help as there is complete proof of fraud by their end. Please help
