Spicejet cancels their flights in the last minute and do not give any options to customer they shut all their possible communication in such scenarios which leads to huge mental and economical harassment. I had to suffer mental harassment for their unprofessional. I had a very important meeting in IIT Guwahati which I couldn’t do well because of the constant mental pressure I had at that time. For their last minute delay I had to buy a ticket which costs me Rs 15,000 which I didn’t have at that time. The whole scenario was trauma to me and because of that I could not perform. For the whole case I have sent them around 10 mails and they have replied only 2 or 3 times that too with a very negative attitude. While returning they have again cancelled their flight in the last moment whose refund I’m yet to receive. This whole story took place a month ago.
