I am a private employee residing in Hyderabad. My complaint is related to Real Estate fraud. On 09th March 2014, my father, my wife and me had visited PUDAMI Phase 2 venture of SRI LOGILLU DEVELOPERS near Kandhukur village on Srisailam highway close to Hyderabad”s Outer Ring Road. We paid an initial advance amount of Rs.40,800 for Enrollment of Plot No.23 having 269 square yards of land under Receipt number 001034 dated 09th March 2014. The General Manager of Sri Logillu, Mr. Ram Babu and his marketing executive Aashirvadam had overwritten the Plot No. 23 to Plot No.25 without any communication to me after i paid the enrollment amount of 40,800 without any notice, I came to know this when i visited their office in Banjara Hills on June 13th 2014 to enquire on the fraud . I even talked with the higher Management(Suresh; Prabhakar and Ramesh) of Srilogillu regarding the fraud done by Rambabu .

I asked them to return my money back which i paid on Plot.No 23 . They are very rude and forcing me to buy another plot instead of Plot.No. 23 which was already registered to some other person .They are not returning the amount which i paid them(Rs.40,800/-) for plot.No 23 . Mr.Ram Babu even not lifting my calls . This shows their unprofessional attitude and I feel cheated. I had saved my money to buy the good land from past 4 years without investing on any others . I called their numbers +919000319988, +919581357370 but my calls were rejected. The office address of Srilogillu is H.No.8-2-596/2, 2nd and 3rd floor, Opp. Karvy Office, Bank of Baroda Lane, Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500034 I am feeling helpless after trying several times to get my amount back.
