we have two policy from birla sun life insurance
one policy have taken my wife(suman lata) and 2nd policy (yogendra kumar)
but we taken the facility from icici bank paid the yearly premium trough credit card
icici credit cards paid the premium monthly installment Rs-3009/-

On 2nd June, 2009, My credit card was debited with two entries of Rs 25000.00 each in favour of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE , MUMBAI.
When contacted with the bank’s customer care no one responded proprely.
The customer care of ICICI prudential has denied any such transaction for the card No: 4076 5150 4737 9001 in the name of Mr. Atul Kumar Nigam (Card Holder).
I had credit card no.4477465360542006 for which the payment of Rs 1500/- was done from my side in confirmation with ICICI Bank executive dated 3/3/09 and full and final settlement letter recieved from ICICI Bank(ICWE1THN/032009/4713/7 dated 3/3/09.
AS SHOWN BELOW YOU HAD INFORM ME THAT NOW THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER CALLS REGARDING MR. VINOD AS DATA FOR MOBILE CONTACT NO 9925029560 HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM MR.VINOD’S ACCOUNT.
BUT IT WAS WRONG ASSURANCE AS I HAD RECEIVED LOT OF CALLS REGARDING MR.VINOD AS SHOWN BELOW.

I have not been receiving the physical statement for my credit card no. 4076598002021008 since September 08. and there for the payments for the same was not made on time. this was conveyed to the bank in the month of Jaunary 09 by then they had levied late payment charges. on explaining the situation they had agreed and reveresed the charges, but only for one month. Respected Sir/Madam
I applied for a credit card to ICICI Bank Ltd; vide application number S070102108563 on January 6, 2009 in ICICI, Infosys Mysore along with the required documents.
After 15days, on enquiring about the status of application, the Customer Service Center of ICICI Bank informed me that my application has been lost in the transit.
