Tikona – Billing and Unresolved complaints

I had raised n number of incidents for frequent disconnection and speed not as per plan but the company is not yet resolved my issues. Company temporary sends engineer but they are also unable to resolve issues as expected. I told them as Im not going to pay anything until issue is resolved.But company suspended my account.

Issues are not yet resolved Im continue sly calling them but no satisfactory resolution. Loss in terms of money as well as mindset

I want my issues to be resolved ASAP and till the date Im not going to get 2MB speed I want everything to be null during the issues duration.
