They had sent defective/broken piece today. While I called them to replace they are demanding some money as courier charge to send it back. The package also was broken, and the tablet UBISLATE 7CX is not even start. They are demanding INR 700 to re send the product. Please help me on this matter that I can replace my device. I had already paid INR 4300 for this device.

I wants to replace this device without paying any single rupees after all it is their mistake that they had sent defective piece.
