Dear Core Team, I took a Jaypee Group Corporate Vodafone Mobile Plan named as Talk 199 Scalable Plan 4 . My vodafone mobile no. is 9873060364. Relationship no. 5.80214.00.00.100019 When I got my first bill I found that the bill is not correct. The Jaypee Group Talk 199 Scalable Plan 4 charges was not activated in my bill. After I mailed to vodafone about my complain , they activated the Plan. Now they deny to give me the plan they offered me.I had mailed several times to vodafone from bottom to top.But there is no response. They have disconnected my mobile.
