Dear sir/Madam, My product is in AMC This year since April 2014 we have logged three complaints in whirlpool customer care, details are- 1.GB0414004321-(12th April 2014)complaint regarding routine service and ensure proper cooling of AC. Service centre took 7 days to visit the home,AC was recharged by cooling agent without troubleshooting for any leakage even though I insight them to check leakage. 2.GB0414013163-After 7 to 10 days AC stopped cooling because of leakage,Complaint attended after making so many calls. 3.GB0514008120-(17th May 2014)Low in cooling. Engg visited my home and told that coil will be replaced,we request them to recharge it till the coil replaced,After long follow-up they recharged the unit.We waited to long for the coil and suddenly we received a call from whirlpool’s Mumbai centre that this complaint is going to closed because long open though not any fault from our side it was hold for PART. 4.GB0614013497-(25th June 2014)Bolwer running contentiously after switched off by remote.Service Engg visited home and told will come to replace either blower motor or PCB by tomorrow (27th june) 27th June I called service centre Manager he excused that ENGG’s Mother admitted in hospital so we can not do anything. On Moral ground I can not say anything but in professional ways does service centre appointed only one Engg.
Please do something to fix it on time.
