dated 15-05-2014 I submit my cell phone XOLO T1000 in service center due to network issue,. After 45 day I received handset but received handset not my original handset my handset IMEI Number Is :- 911319450074234 and received handset IMEI Number Is :- 911319450057205. i found receivable handset with other person data in my mobile like gmail account phonbook number and xolo secure application password due to password i not operate my handset

after issue i call customer care but customer care not promise to send me my original mobile handset last 45 day i am suffering without my smart phone. and xolo company send me other person handset.i think xolo company not able to solved my issue and send me other person headset. i personally filling is ki topi uske sir jesa kiya he. customer care person say go to service station and submit handset. naw i do not believe in xolo company to send my handset with in time period
