Dear Sir:

I applied for a new Jio connection at Reliance Digital, Khanna Market, New Delhi on 9 March 2017 by paying ₹400 (no receipt given). Thereafter I received an SMS advising me my order No. as NO00002DXCS0. On checking your website it stated order could not be executed & I must contact the issuing location.

I have made several calls thereafter to M/s Saurabh, Arun, and your AM Kuldip. All say that your systems are down and I must wait indefinitely.

All other service providers activate a connection in about 24 hours and here even after a week I have no positive response. Shall I take my money back & forget the much hyped Jio?
