Xolo Mobile – No Proper Response Defective product

Bought a mobile (Xolo Q1200) on june 11th. Within 2 months, faced an issue (battery bulge). >Submitted for service @ service centre, chennai. They said it will take more than 20 days (for a simple battery replacement). Even after 18 days after submitting, whenever i called the customer service they said “It is under process, and you will be notified when mobile reaches back at service centre. >Made an online complaint @ Akosha.com. Within few hours, Xolo consumer representatives called me on my mobile, and assured they will dispatch my phone on the same day. But sent back after 3 days. >I received back the phone. But it wasn’t mine. They simply sent some other handset (same model). It too had issues with sd card slot. >Submitted back the next day. Waited again for 10 more days. They gave another phone. >Within 2 months again this phone was dead. Submitted @ deprosys technologies,chennai. They have sent it to xolo service factory, Noida. >Now whenever i call the customer care, they repeat the same answers, “1.You will receive your phone as soon as possible. 2.We can’t provide you any more information. 3.We can’t connect to higher officials. 4.We can’t give any commitments on return date, replacement, etc.,” regardless of what i’m asking. > They refuse to replace with some other model despite of this model having continuous issues. Please do something regarding these careless customer services. I’m ONE of the Many customers facing this with this company. Please Help..
