I have opened up a life insurance policy in Birla Sunlife and had opted for ECS payment for the monthly premium. I have taken a connection from Vodafone, this connection was taken about a year and half back while hutch was the service provider. My payments were prompt.
After the take over of Vodafone I get charged for servives that I have never requested ( Beauty tips).
When I called customer care abt this there wasn’t any proper responce and the agent hung up the phone.
