I received a cheque no.223485 from JIWAJEE UNIVERSITY GWALIOR for rs.4000/-of Central bank of india Gwalior Br.I deposited it in my saving A/C.of punjab national bank br. Shivpuri on date 21.06.2013.My banker informed me that cheque dishowner by C.B.I. Shivpuri due to signature mismatch and 100/- Rs. had been deducted in my account. When i contected central bank Shivpuri br.They told me please again present the cheque.I again present the same ch.through my .P.N.B.Br.Shivpuri and now it was passed.It is a fault or negligency of passing authority of C.B.I. br.Shivpuri because there are no difference in signature.I told for return of rs.100/-cheque dishoner charge they denied for the same.

100/- rs.And compansation for harresement.
