On 20th April had visited “TOTOODO” mobile service center as my brother’s Samsung Galaxy Note mobile phone was not charging even after replacing the battery. Mr. Shakeel, executive present at the center informed that “USB Charging Port” is having problem and same needs to be replaced. I confirmed for replacing the spare and paid Rs.1400 accordingly.I had informed Shakeel to handover the defective spare, he informed me that, he would return defective spare on 23rd April. I collected the mobile and connected the mobile for charging at my home, but to my surprise charging was not happening. I took the mobile to the same service center and Mr. Shakeel took the mobile inside and returned back after 15min and informed me that issue has been resolved. I connected my mobile for charging and again it was not working. So, I contacted service center regarding the repeated problem. They informed that “USB Charging Port” was not at all replaced and I had paid the amount for replacement and had been cheated. So I took photo of the Port for future reference. On 28th April again I visited the same service center and informed that again battery charging is not happening. This time I asked Shakeel to show me the port present in the mobile that had been replaced on 20th April, I was surprised to see that there was difference in the port from the photo that I had taken earlier. This port was new, when I asked why I had been charged without replacing defective spare on 20th April and also asked Shakeel why new port had been connected today, Shakeel did not have any answer. Hence again I informed Shakeel to return back the defective spare as informed on 23rd April. Shakeel started giving me different reasons for not returning the spare as promised. I have been made to visit the service center nearly 4 times and still defective spare has not been returned.
