Mishandling of my personal laptop for resolving a complaint logged by me
I had logged a complaint for slow speed of my Broadband (Customer id: 376448543046). An engineer was sent today (9th Feb) to look into it. But he did come without his own laptop and used my personal laptop to check the fault. He handled my laptop so carelessly that he spoilt the Shift key and now Shift key is not working properly.
