Inspite of a regular follow up being done with the customer care centre of Whirlpool, Haridwar- we have not got the service done. The complaint is under process for the last 45 + days. Now they have even stopped taking our phone calls from our mobile numbers, therefore we had to call from other numbers.

BLACK SPOT VISIBLE IN SEVERAL PLACES ON THE BODY OF THE BOTH DOORS
SEVERAL PLACES ALL OVER THE BODY, PARTICULARLY LOWER SIDE BECOME RUSTY.

i have purchased a 280 ltr fridge from the whirlpool from its autherised dealer here in saharanpur in march.
it was creating diff problems from the very first date! they hardly providing me any after sales service.
in oct they told me that the fridge is defective and need to b replaced .they will send it to the company and it will provide me a new fridge as its under the wareenty . they promissed me to provide the new one in a week .and picked it up on 17-10-08
i have the bill and the reciept of delievery for replacement.
