Vodafone – harrasment because of wrong billing

a) We bring to your notice that we Tabsons/Supreme Enterprises are leading suppliers of satellite and DTH equipments in north India. b) That we have a CUG network of about 15 cell phones with vodafone and we pay monthly bill of about Rs 20000/- to them c) That on number 9911152500 they without authorisation renewed a blackberry plan worth Rs. 5000/- to which a request was put the same month for reversal of the plan as its not authorised by user. d) However they did not reverse it and even after telling that noone is using this plan they added the amount to the bill. e) That normal usage charges were duly paid against the number but the bill non payment messages started on the number harassing the user. f) That it may be appropriate to mention here that user of this number is the MD of the company who is severely dependent on good services. g) That despite repeated interactions with customer care and repeated emails, the number’s outgoing was barred h) That when the outgoing was barred in october the MD was in mumbai(the company and numbers are based out of Delhi circle), this severely hampered his work and he had to resort to alternate numbers but still because of lack of services he lost important client meetings as the roaming was also not working. i) That after repeated harassment as the company’s MD badly needed the services to start it was decided that company will still pay 50% of bill amount of 5000 and normal blackberry services would continue. j) However even after this the blackberry services started very late. but in November end everything came back on track AFTER @ MONTHS OF CONTINUED HARASSMENT TO MD. k) That only after 45 days of usage the number again started giving a pre recorded message of “threat to cancel services” on account of the same bill which was forcefully settled in October end after long harassment. l) And later the outgoing was again barred on account of the same 4 months old issue. The MD again missed important calls and meetings and the work suffered badly. m) Right now the services are still not working and company is planning to port to Airtel.

I Lost 10 lakh rupees in different deals minimum !!!! I would be happy to give them a punishment so hard that they do not repeat this thing again! Further Vodafone and telecom companies should have personal managers to talk to and visit to, customer care on the phone knows nothing and can do nothing . Its just further harassment! LAstly!!I want a written apology from the customer service head of Vodafone!
