Claim against personal accident happened on Oct’12, requested for multiple documents and injured person passed away in Sep’13. Resubmitted details with the death proof and have been trying to follow up and get it closed. No proper response for the Continue reading

Charging Higher than MRP

Despite telling him about the consumer courts there was no response. Although the amount is less but this is not acceptable. there are many such practices going on. People are charging Rs. 11 for an airtel Recharge of Rs. 10 and Rs. 21 or 22 for Recharge of Rs. 20. when asked the reason to this they give the reply that everyone else is charging the same.
