I have booked a 3 BHK flat on 11th Sept. 2009. The same flat they rebooked to some other customer during there sales promotion during 19th to 26th sept. 2009. On 9th Oct. 2009 I came to know that they rebooked the flat to some other person. I have already paid the cheque of 10% of the Flat amount as on 11th Sept. ’09.
I had shifted my home on 04-10-09 and I gave shifting request letter to Chennai Broadway Airtel office on 05-10-09. I visited back to Broadway Airtel office on 07-10-2009 to check the status of my connection but still my request has not been entered. The company fitted tyres of Goodyear make developed a slight bump in the sidewall of the tyre and i was advised to ask for a checkup and request a warranty claim if applicable.
The warranty claim was awarded on 5th of October for one of the Tyres (Specs: Tubeless Tyre 185/60/R14 NCT5) for a claim of 35% of value of a New Tyre.
