Non performance of JVC handicam

Dear sir,
I purchased one JVC handy cam from VIJAY SALES Maninagar Ahmedabad on 3/2/2009,( sales invoice no 63-MNG02-098ICD 347 3/02/09) and the problems of non performance of above camera starts in June 2009 . At the time of Purchase of camera, it was promised by the Vijay sales that you will get the service of camara at Ahmedabad Service center.

very very poor after sales service

CARRIER ACs IS THE WORST AIRCONDITION COMPANY IN THE WORLD WHICH HAS LOW GRADE PRODUCTS & VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE (AGENTS & CUSTOMER CARE).
MY COMPLAIN OF REPLACING THE COMPRESSOR UNDER WARRANTY IS STILL PENDING SINCE 20 DAYS OR MORE. NO ONE TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS.

MY OPINION: NEVER BUY CARRIER PRODUCTS.
